Beginning July 10, users of CAI systems will be required to verify their identity by entering a code when they log in. This code will be sent to the email address associated with their CAI account. The two-factor authentication process will take place every seven days, and the process will also be initiated when a user’s cache is cleared, when a user logs into a new device, or when an incognito browser is in use.
